Reporting Bugs for Puzzling Places

Bug report

If you encounter a bug that you’d like to report, please either:

• email us at [email protected]

• or report it in the bug-reports-🐞 channel on our Discord.

Savegame Files

Sometimes, we might ask you to send us the savegame file of your puzzle, which will help us diagnose and fix the issue.

To find the savegame files,

• connect your Quest to a PC/Mac and follow these steps from Oculus.

• navigate to this folder

  • Quest\Internal shared storage\Android\data\com.RealitiesIO.puzzlingPlaces\files\SaveGames

• find the puzzle’s savegame file

  • For example: PuzzleSaveGame_Billiards Room V11_400Pieces.sav

• copy that file to your computer and email it to [email protected] (or send it to us directly in Discord, depending on where you’ve been chatting with us!)

That should be all! We’ll take a look at the issue and write back!
